Being harassed

I am being harassed by RL Daly Attorneys. I have made a payment arrangement with them to pay off my Standard Bank Personal Loan. I have been doing that but they keep on phoning me non stop and send messages after I have made a payment.They send me a message just now after I told them that the payment I made on the 15th of December was for December, I just made it earlier because we got paid earlier.I have requested a statement of my account several times but they keep on saying they will request it from Standard Bank and will get back to me.They only giving me the balance that I still owe, but after paying all these months it is not coming down. Can they please send me a breakdown of my account before I make my next payment in January?
