Being efficient

My name is Nelson Ramasodi had an account with standard bank vaf(***), I settled my account and on the 16 February 2015 requested for my car certificate to be send to me but it was send to the wrong address to witbank instead of hammanskraal. I tried to make a follow up after five working days as the consulted promised she traced my documents and told me there in witbank but she suggested that she give me trace number for the delivery so that I must trace it myself as it is no longer with standard bank. I refuse to do that told her I didn't to business with uti they must find those document as I need them she gave me reference number an promised she will make a follow up but never did. Until I called standard bank again on the 9 march 2015 and found a consulted by the name of Mr Moketi Motsamai who went extra mile to trace those document from witbank and he update me everyday with the progress of getting them to me until I found them on the 13 march 2015 he actually fulfilled the promise made at the beginning of five working days. Mr Moketi Motsamai deserve to be awarded with some insensitive. I give him a high five.
