Being chased from pillar to post and back

I phoned standard bank home insurers wanting some information on something I want to claim for. I was chased from pillar to post and back again . At the end of the day I am non the wiser. Now I am asking for someone in the know from standard bank home insurers to phone me on *** and then maybe get the information I require.
