Being charged for something that I don't have

<p>I am receiving statement by email but standard bank is charging me for posted statement I went to Westgate branch in April they put me on the phone and after I was told only the branch can help me with that. At the branch they said they can't so clearly I'm donating to standard bank and no one is helping. I have been a standard bank customer for 11 years now but I can see they take people for a ride next month I'm closing all my accounts with standard bank it's not safe to bank with them</p>
