BEEN UNDER DEBT REVIEW ALTHOUGH EVERYTHINGS PAID

My wife took out a personal loan with Standard Bank where there is a debit order going off every month (more than what was arrange) last year they stole her car and when she app**** for new car loan we found out that she was under debt management. Which we never app**** for. Phoned the NCR and they have no info of my wife, phoned the supposed Debt Manageing company as well as they have no info of my wife. Now Standard bank came back and said we have to get a letter from these parties where their response was that because my wife is not on their systems they cant provide a letter. So this means it can only be a fault from the bank...Nobody can help and my wife has to suffer......BAD CLIENT SERVICE STANDARD BANK. Closing all my accounts with standard bank
