Been charged for something the bank has no access on, NEED ANSWERS
I have been charged for an account, I know nothing of. I have been receiving calls saying I owe money to the bank, but when I go to the bank, they cannot check and verify the account number to see if indeed I opened this account. What is the point of having systems if you are unable to see who opens what when. I really need clarity on this matter as it is been over a year trying to get assistance.
