Been banking with SB for 12 years very disappointed at the service

I have been banking with standard bank for more than 12 years. i have been in and out of your bank trying to get a loan approved. i have been sent from pillar to post over the last couple of months. About two years ago I was a victim of identity theft. The matter was resolved and my name cleared. Two years later and im fighting with my bank who gets my salary deposited into their bank month in and month out. What more do you want from me for me to prove that I am me. I have spoken to Shireen in Bellville cape town and Marawaan in Claremont cape town. These individuals promise that they would get back to me but days weeks and months go by and no answer. I've even got emails to prove this. I am not a puppet, I've got a life and I cannot keep staying out of work sitting in a bank for hours upon hours trying to get you guys to help me out. Please help me.
