BEEEN WAITING FOR MY CARDS

am still waiting for my Elite Gold Current and also my Credit card which app**** for on the 9/01/2016. i was told by the bank that i should get my cards within 7 working days. its been 14 working days today and i haven't heard anything from the bank.<br> <br> last week Thursday(21/01/2016) i went to the bank to find out what was happening and i was told that there have been a problem with delivering of cards and now the cards are by the courier and to be delivered the following day at 3pm due to security reasons.<br> <br> as i have said its been 14days and nothing from the bank
