Becarefull with Standard bank Home loans

I Decided to get a Home loan with standard bank to purchase a house and being a first time buyer i qualified<br> for a booster bond but they found every excuse in the book not to give it to me so i proceeded and went to the lawyers to sign the contract and signed at an interest rate of 10.5% but now standard bank says there's contract is an 11.6% interest rate when i have with me the signed contract for 10.5% and after numerous calls and proceeds from their offices saying they escalating the problem i still have not received any feedback as yet don't know how many other people they doing this to as they forever seem to be busy with queries and they have a 9 day waiting period for a query to be attended to.
