Be reluctant to appoint Standard Bank to attend to your Estate.

My daughter worked for Standard Bank for 11 years when she passed away. It took them ten months to advise me that they would not be attending to the executor-ship of her estate and 15 months to send all necessary documents to the master of the court. The manager told me that reviews and ratings are one sided so they do not really take notice of these. I would be very reluctant to appoint them as executors as the general staff have no clue as to what is going on. Incorrect information, a general lack of interest and little knowledge are a real concern. The management team blamed the staff and took no responsibility whatsoever. One of the top managers **** blatantly and then denied ever saying that they would attend to the estate even it it was not solvent due to my daughter being a staff member.
