BE AWARE when you buy Forex from STANDARD BANK KEY WEST BRANCH!

BE AWARE when you buy Forex from STANDARD BANK KEY WEST BRANCH! VERY EXPENSIVE TRANSACTION!! I bought forex with my Standard Bank credit card on 30 November 2019 and the bank explained to me and charged me the fees and charged the commission fee on my account. No problem with this. What they did not explain or mention to me was that they will regard the sale transaction as a cash withdrawal from my credit card and will charge an additional cash withdrawal fee as well (which is very expensive). Conveniently this was not revealed and only happen after I left the bank. This fee also did not come through as a SMS notification. This amounts to more than double the commission fee. I did not authorize this fee nor was this discussed with me. It was a plain and simple sale transaction of forex. It seems that Standard Bank is desperate for fees and cheat their clients to make money. Not acceptable. I am referring this ********* behaviour to the Ombudsman! I WILL NEVER BUY FOREX FROM STANDARD BANK AGAIN AND WILL CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH STANDADR BANK. I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ROGUE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. BE AWARE OF STANDARD BAN****!
