Baywest branch has no idea what service is!!

I love Standard Bank and an a very loyal client but the service at the Baywest branch is non-existant.I am back for a second time,two other ladies back for a third and fourth time for the same issues. We are at least six people in a qeue and one working consultant.The other consultants parade up and down,chatting and doing nothing. This is not acceptable.
