Banks not doing there jobs

I had ***** on my Standard bank account.<br> Someone took out a cell phone contract with MTN, and my bank account has been debited for the last 2 months.<br> Standard bank has said it has nothing to do with them, that this is between me and MTN.<br> I was always under the illusion that I was paying standard bank to look after my money, but they can't guarantee it's safety.<br> Standard bank has even told me they can't stop it from happening again.<br> So in other words, they can't keep my money safe.<br> The feedback from Standard bank was totally unsatisfactory, and then they just stopped getting back to me. As if it is not their problem.
