banks nevet deliver

On the 17 December last year the bank disputed my salary. The very same day I called in to report the matter and I got the runaround. Later that very same day, the individual responsible resigned from the bank. No one called me to give me feedback. I called in each day and ran up and down with the bank and still getting different stories. I went over a week without any money. Only when I reported the matter in this site the bank wanted to solve the matter by giving me a loan...the bank wanted to benefit from its mistake. I never got any compensation for the loads of stress I went under. I mentioned this and no one entertained it. Now that I owe the bank for this loan they gave me I get calls each day to repay the bank. When I needed feedback no one called, I had to be the one running after the bank yet now they call me each day. Banks are cruel. They can owe you and will take their time to solve your matters but when you owe them they want their money and want it 1st. Now this begs the questions that should I pay the bank? Why did they want to fix my matter by giving me a loan? Are they so selfish they capitalise from their flops? Should they pay me any compensation?
