Banks Legal Cost On Bond Account
For those who are out there and have a bond account with Standard Bank, be careful. I sold my property which was bonded through Standard Bank on the day of registration i discovered that Standard Bank loaded my bond account with their legal cost and in so doing generated additional interest on the account. Now it appears that the refund would be easy, but let me tell you once your bond account has been closed it is virtually impossible for the bank to reopen it and refund you and then the excuses come.
