Banks Fees

I'm being charged numerous bank charges yet I don't even know what I'm paying for.

I'm paying when using my cr card to withdraw, paying a card fee, paying a service fee, cash finance charge. ALL ON MY CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Then I have my cheque card where I pay a monthly fee and then additional fees when I buy airtime and a notification fee even when I choose NONE as a notification option.

And then on top of all these charges I'm charged to have my cards replaced. Some of these charges I understand but why am I paying the monthly fees if there's so many other fees added to the account. It seems like the monthly fee covers nothing.
