Banks are not a place for leasure...suppose to be in and out...

M writing this writing this while waiting for my number to be called ticket No. 165. I missed placed my bank card but I needed cash so quick. I got in this new look of standard bank made. Really cool but not convenient at all. My expectation was... To Go to the counter and present my ID book and I will be serverd by tellers at the money counter. But M finding myself seating in this living room couch waiting. Nice look but not for someone who wants to be in and out at the bank. M not at the bank to seat and watch ?... M in the bank to go straight to the teller and get served. This is good for elderly person who wants to relax. But for me... It's a no.
