Banking Systems down since last week

I am at my whit's end with Standard Bank, tried to transfer money from my home loan account to my savings account at the Stellenbosch ATM, gave error message code 157 that I cannot transfer (6 Jan). Went into Stellenbosch Branch and was told that the systems were down and I must try again on Monday. Tried again in Menlyn on 8 Jan, still same problem. Called call centre who says that the systems are still down and it will be working the next day. This time I called the call centre today (9 Jan) who says that systems are working. Went again to ATM and still couldn't do transfer even though money is clearly showing as available. I don't know what to do at this point?
