Banking staff that go the extra mile!!!!

Two wonderful ladies that helped me sort out some issues I was having with my account and cancelled debit orders that kept being debited. They worked hand-in-glove and recommended I close it and open a new one. I don't remember the names but they know who they are. They never questioned what i said or get money out of me. They were able to get me a new type of account and I never had to pay in the money I had lost which was a great fear but only tried to help me. The branch is well organised and managed including wrt Covid-19. Well done!!
