banking charges and refund

i have a deduction going off of R75 from my standard bank acc for a funeral plan i took out...it become just a waist so i requested it to be resigned. in the month of march and was told it would be terminated...so end April arrives and i again forgot bout this plan **** and payment returned so end may deduction was done 22 May it went through but when another deduction went off 1st June.<br> <br> So today i phone and i spoke to butimelo at 10:53 she had it resigned end June...so i asked why it wasn't done when i requested and she rep**** you guys phoned me to find out if i want to continue....why don't you just do i want i told you to do month's ago and resign the flipping thing was so flipping easy to take out and so hard and expensive to resign.<br> <br> I would love it if i could get a call just to apologize for this service also whats going to happen with the banking charges.
