Banking app and cellphone banking

The fact that I rarely have to go to a physical branch to process any transaction or query is splendid. The standard bank app literally has all the banking essential tools built in it. And it is safe. If there was a way to lodge an enquiry in text form within the app, for example instant money sending problems, it would make banking much easier than having to wait for operators to be available. But so far, good job.
