Banker applies for a loan without my consent

Good Day,<br> <br> On the 13th of November 2015 I contacted the prestige line to apply for a loan. I went through the application with the agent I had been put through. it was at the end of the application that it was communicated to me the following.<br> <br> On the 10th of November 2015 a banker from Carlton Centre app**** for a loan on my behalf. I did not give this banker permission nor did I allow this banker to apply for a loan for me or on my behalf. on the 13th of November 2015 the same banker again tried to increase my overdraft without my permission. again without my permission.<br> <br> I made my way through to Carlton center branch on Monday the 16th of November and managed to have a chat to the Branch Manager and the consultant in question. the branch manager said he would run an investigation and get back to me. I requested to sign a breach of confidentiality form and i was told by the branch manager that I couldn't do that until he had run his investigation. This has never happened and I have not heard from the bank manger.<br> <br> Because of applying for a loan on my behalf without my permission and attempting to increase my overdraft this has resulted in decreasing my credit score.<br>
