******* bank with poor service

Horrific service, I would give you guys zero stars if possible I’m seriously disappointed at your service. I moved from capitec bank to you guys with hope that you are better but you doing the same thing. My account is suspended for no reason at all, I went to the branch they were clueless, I spoke to your call centre agents I was transferred from department to another with no help. The last person said let me escalate and then hanged up. Almost 2 hours on the line with people who don’t know what they are doing. I need my account opened. Y’all promised that someone will call me back since this review but no one did. When I call your ***** department keeps telling me that they sending emails to transaction and I don’t get any feedback after that. It’s like you deliberately pushing your customers for choosing to use you as a service provider.
