Bank unable to refund money due to ATM coms error

Standard Bank the wors bank ever, this morning i tried to withdraw a few thousand rands from Standard Bank Atm and it gave me a communication error, the sms 's shows the money went off my account but i dont get a sms back to say the money has been reversed. I had to take time off from my work and had to stand for over and hour in the bank for someone to tell me these incidents had to be logged while they logged it, i get these sms's with logg numbers and the due date 8th May 2015. So Standard Bank is allowed to take money from me instantly but i have to wait a few days to get it back. I am soo mad and so upset, I made arrangements to see my family in George this weekend cause I havent seen them for over a year and i had to cancel because of my money that i dont have as a result of Standard Bank, they are the worst ever and I'm soo closing my account.
