**** bank to deal with.... Unprofessional.... Unrealistic.... Unreliable

Hi Guys it's been 3 days now. I have not yet received any response from standard bank. This is so unprofessional, dispite making me wait for almost 3years as to why they have help my monies. They didn't even find if important to contact me with answers. Come on Guys why should I even allow standard bank anymore time to give me feedback. *FYI I have have a home loan with standard bank. And I now have to deposit my monthly installment. *gotten back list, *my credit score is down, *I have lost a lot and these ppl at standard bank don't find their customers important. Bad company to do business with. This in ******* what the are doing. I want my Money back. And another thing for the time thaty account was frozen they where still taking there monthly fees.... That's so unfair
