Bank to auction my home due to their mistake

I am on debt review and have been paying my monthly payments accordingly. The bank withdrew funds from my account and held in a suspense account which caused only 1 of my monthly payments not to reach home loans.<br> This was entirely their fault and now they have taken legal action and our family home will go on auction on 20/4/15. STBB attorneys are dealing with the issue and refuse to acknowledge that the mistake is on the banks side. They are knowingly trying to use bullying tactics to get me to pay half of my debt which I am unable to. They are blatantly ignoring the merits of their case in that they have failed to pass on funds to the home loans department which was withdrawn from my account.<br> <br> If this continues, we will loose our family home of 40 yrs.
