Bank that *****s money!

<p>So last year I had a problem with Standard Bank. My account was showing a bill balance when I knew there should be money there! Queried it and suddenly all the money appeared again. Wanted an explanation and nobody got back to me or had answers. To this day I haven't received a call. Yesterday I noticed I have been charged a withdrawal fee which is against the agreement I have with them. Called to query it, was put on hold for 20 minutes while the operators where performing in the background. They were screaming and laughing and going on for themselves I could not even hear what the woman was saying. I do have a reference number for that call and want them to listen as they record their calls. I asked for a manager and was told their manager was not in and would call me within an hour. 24 hours later and I'm still waiting. I was also told that if I want to a refund I must take my statements and go to the branch n claim. It's not my responsibility to do their job!! I am not wasting my time because you are *****ing my money! I am still waiting for a call and encourage everyone to please please please check their statements carefully. You cannot trust Standard Bank!</p>
