Bank that destroys your credit record.

Clearly there are useless,*********** people that work for this bank. they load additional accounts on your profile and log it with trans union, without consulting with you as the customer, and in so doing damage your credit report. After logging the complaint with them last month, they go and add the account again this month to my profile. What is going on at this bank. No one even gets back to you as to what the outcome of your dispute was or how they will resolve it. Clearly the next step will be to report this matter to the Ombuds man for banks. Hopefully this can then be resolved.
