Bank Teller bad attitude and extremely unhelpful

Went to withdraw cash. First told I had to order money before I can get it and had to tell them yesterday. Never informed that I could not withdraw more than 25k out of my account on a day by letter orvemail etc. Asked for R200 notes. Deliberately takes out R100 notes. Ask fir the manager. No manager called. Told I must wait for 10 min for safes to open. Said no problem will wait. Half an our later out the bank with my money never to return to that branch if I am treated in such a manner. Attitude got a bit better when I asked her name. Request number ***
