Bank taking money without consent

I am extremely dissatisfied with Standard bank as they feel they can change my debit order date with out my permission. I received an sms on the 14/12/2018 stating that my debit order date would be changed to the 14/12/2018 for my convenience. Let me clarify something I do not get paid early in December, so this was anything but a convenience, in fact it was the biggest inconvenience I have had this year as I am now short on money. I was told it can be reversed but it would take 24 to 48 working hours, which means the money would only be back in my account next Tuesday or Wednesday, this is also unacceptable, how can the bank just do as they please without my permission! I feel what was done is extremely unfair, presumptuous and *******, I never gave consent, and was given absolutely no notice in regards to even request this was not done. Even if I had received the message a day before it is not enough notice. I am now put out and will struggle to make it to my pay day which remains the same through out the year! I hope to have feedback regarding this matter by close of business today, or I will take it further!
