Bank takes clients money

I have an cheq account and when i went on maternity leave in July i went to the cape gate branch to stop all debit orders on my account as i wont be receiving a salary. the agent advised they could not and advised me to open another account for my monies. i had to start work earlier as i have not received any uif monies. i received my first full salary this month and without consent the bank takes R1062.94 from my one account and transferred it to another. how am i supposed to feed my two children?? please answer me this if the bank can take our money as they feel without consent or care for the client. please come explain to my 6 year old and my 2 month old baby what they will eat for the rest of this
