bank stuff working with ****s

Good day

My name is T********** N******* i bank with stdbank ,i have 4 accounts with you i.e Business account, Access Account, money market and 32 days notice account,on the 17th of August thursday,i went to Mankweng branch in Limpopo to make a notice that on friday the 18th i will come and withdraw the amount of R80000.00 on my business account as i was buying the truck, i have been assisted by the teller by the name of Lucas.

The following day i arrived late at the branch,the security was busy locking the doors at 15:29pm the 18th of august

i decided to come the following day saturday the 19th on saturday the 19th on mankweng branch i got assisted by the teller name Mapula Mphohana, which notified her Team Leader that the guy who made a notice to withdraw R80000.00 has arrived

then the team leader by the name of Martha said that they cannot help me because they are not allowed to open their safe on saturday then i asked the teller Mapula that if i can go to stdbank on mall of the north do you think they can assist me,then she said,i should go to savana mall as on that branch they bank in bulk,so they might assist me,then i requested them to call stdbank savana mall to notify them that im coming to withdraw and that i have made a notice with them,but they couldnt assist me because they dont have money and they cant open the safe,in which Martha the team leader said that she is calling them and i waited plus minus 45 minutes and then she come back to tell me that they are not answering and i should go there

i drove to savana mall and went into the bank and the teller named Kgahlego Molapo assisted me he was working next to Mmamela Mokobocho who was listening the whole time this transaction was taking place ,,i explained to him what happened in mankweng and he ask me to swipe my card to withdraw the amount,after i did what i was suppposed to do,swiping and putting the pin,he asked me if i did made the notice at mankweng std bank as that from his computer he does not see any notes written showing that i have made a notice to come and withdraw in mankweng stdbank so because of that they have to call mankweng std bank to verify if i have been to their branch,in which i told them that the people from maknweng branch they said they have called but you were not answering,and he asked me why i donot transfer the money to the person i want to do the transaction with him, i told him that i dont stay around i came to buy a truck and the owner of the truck he said he want it cash he told me to step aside while his team leader by the name of Musima Kgomo called stdbank mankweng to verify if i was there and made the notice as i was claiming to say

i waited up until bank closed, because the mankweng branch as i was told was not answering their phone,that looks like it was a delaying tactics from the people in the bank, and after the bank closed Martha from Mankweng Branch answered the phone and he spoke with Musima and apologised to him,and then i was instructed to go back to the teller and do the transaction

when we were doing the transaction i have been told that the system is slow and i still have to wait but in the interim we should start counting the money, we counted the money and i was told that i dont have a problem if they give me in R100.00 in which i said i dont have a problem and then as soon as the transaction was finalised, they asked me how am i going to carry it and Kgahlego Molapo offered the brown envelope in which Mmamela Mokobocho said there is a plastic bag that she can give me and she disapear and come back with a big standardbank plastic bag so i can put in the money

they put the money for me and i was warned to be careful,and i asked if they had previous incidents and they didnt reply,i walked out the bank to the mall to the car and i drove to where i were to purchase the truck

i went inside the premises of the place where i were to purchase the truck by the name of Selema bricks and plant hire and park on a parking where the were other cars parked around my car, we got off the car me and my brother,locked the car and we go to where the truck was, as we were still there two guys came in and distract the security and go straight into my car and break the window with a gun and take the whole amount of money and run off

i opened a case with mankweng police station with case number:CAS ***/*/**** as i suspect foul play from the staff from the bank,in which i believe they got me followed,please assist me in this matter and escalate it to the relevant people and department,because even the service that the bank has rendered to me was poor,and i feel like the were delaying me while they were arranging with the ****s who robed me

please assist me as me and my family we bank with standard bank and we believe in it and we wouldnt want to move our accounts to other banks
