Bank Statement

<p>I have last week requested bank statement for a home loan application with Standard Bank home loans. I was charged 510 Rand for statements I have not received. I don't mind paying but was not told that the amount was to be debited. The amount was just debited on Friday with an SMS received that issue has been resolved. I did call the complaints center on Monday and no one has got back to me. I need my statements to get the loan approved, I find the service appalling. Please can you rectify the above many Thanks</p>
