BANK REFUSE TO ASSIST WITH DEBIT ORDER

[A] I have been requesting Standard bank to put my debit order for my personal loan on hold for 3 consecutive months due to financial crises situation. I have asked them before the next month debit order to go through. The reason being that the debit orders will bounce because there will be not enough money on my account. They refused and claimed that they will continue to take money from my account regardless my account situation. They are not interested and said they will apply the unpaid system and that will affect my credit record in the future to be bad. The person responsible is Valemina Palani. I need urgent assistance. [B] I have a personal loan since 2010 and noticed only recently that they have been taking protection plan insurance from 2010. I have never agreed to this and they are refusing to refund my premiums since then. Since the beginning of this year when I requested them to cancel they only cancel in March and refuse to pay money's they have been taking with interest. The person responsible is Velemina Palani
