BANK PROBLEM

Hello Peter Please assist / advise, I was banking with Standard bank and was retrenched from work. I had a loan with them(personal loan). and after being retrenched I was told that I don't qualify for their insurance to settle my loan .

I seent them my details from work about me being retrenched . they said I dont qualify. Please advise if it's possible to take a loan and continue to receive or them wanting their money knowing very well that I am no longer working and how is it that the insurance could not settle my account cause when you take a loan you also pay for the insurance.
