Bank making me pay someone's else bond

I was at a Standard Bank, Sandton City to ask for my bond registration document.
I was not assisted because of the ff reasons, as stated by the service consultant in the branch:

I do not have a transactional account with Standard Bank, so they cannot check my bond balance nor give me a copy of my balance statement or generate a bond registration document. I would have to go to the bank that I have a transactional account with to do that. So I decided, to rather give the Standard Bank Home Loans a ring instead. The call centre agent was able to assist with organizing a bond registration document to be emailed to me.

A few days later, I received this document on my email. To my surprise I noticed it has my bond account number but the name of the bond holder is somebody else I have never ever heard of in my life. I wondered why is my name not appearing and who is this stranger and became very depressed as to was I paying bond for someone else, what went wrong in the whole process?

To make the matters worse, Standard Bank takes 5 days to respond to your emails, 5 days. I am very depressed at this moment, and Standard Bank takes 5 days to respond per email, what a wonderful service
