Bank is messing with my credit score

Where to begin?? I opened a bank account and moved my salary to STBSA at Festival Mall three weeks ago and now my debit orders were not moved after specifically requesting this, Khosi from the branch clearly didn't do this which is now costing me my credit score. She had not done anything for my account, no limits nothing. I am considering moving banks again because this is ridiculous
