Bank INEFFICIENCY

Unfortunately there is no minus star. I ordered my new cheque card 7mnths ago for my business and still have not received it. Been inside the bank several times to complain and enquiry and still nothing all they have been saying is that it will be delivered. On one occasion I also re ordered it from inside the bank. 2mnths later still no card I submitted a complaint and a lady called to confirm delivery 3mnths ago and I guess what I am still waiting! Worse it’s a business account and if it is even R10 in neg balance they send a million harassing messages when they can’t even deliver a blady card! I’m gatvol with them now and if I don’t get my card this week they can close my acc as I am pretty sure other institutions will value my business!
