Bank gives great help

My wife and I had been having some problems regarding our will. The trust department sent Jenny to meet with us at the bank but she offered to meet us at our home. Brilliant offer!! In any event Jenny sorted out our problems and when we put to her a number of questions these were all answered in a professional and very kind and friendly manner. I wish we had more like Jenny!!
