Bank Fees

I keep trying to get answers regarding my account fees and I am not getting any concrete and final answers. I'm being charged a R25 card fee but I'm not on the prestige account anymore. I downgraded last year. I found out that I pay R25 based on the colour of my card yet I'm not sure how the colour of my card matters if I'm not having the benefits.

Please urgently assist.
