bank details pending verification on CSD

I am having endless problems trying to get my business account verified on csd (central supplier database) and it appears to be an ongoing problem as i see other people have had a similar issue, when i phoned standard bank they cannot tell me whose dealing with csd, can someone urgently assist with this??
