Bank customer relations standard bank

I have been a client of Standard Bank for many years. I app**** for a loan and was offered various loans by Standard Bank one was up to R140 000. I only asked for R5000 and it was approved and the contract was sent through signed etc. Then I heard nothing. I eventually emailed their escalations department and canceled it because they gave me an answer on the are waiting pending conditions. I asked them to send documentation of cancelation I got nothing no reply nothing. I sent another email and still nothing. I have had nothing but nonsense from them. I think the time has come to move my bank accounts over to Fnb maybe they know how to treat their faithful clients happy. I have never had any transactions returned... Never and they treat me so bad. So sad. Shame on you Standard Bank would have preferred it if I took the whole R140 000 loan???
