Bank Charges over R850 in two months

On the 14/03/2016 i called into the funeral dept for Stand-bank and informed them that since opening my cheque account their some company debiting my account for R399 so for the month off End March i will not be putting money into my account until i sort this unauthorised debit order out. The consultant took down my FNB account number and said from this month R86 and R38 will be going off. I agreed and SHE made no mention that STD bank cannot debit from this FNB account. My salary started being put into my STD bank account end off April and i new that i will now only have 1 debit order which was my life cover with 1life and i had already sorted out the unauthorised debit order. I went into the ATM and found on the 30/04/2016 that R448 bank charges have now amounted because STD funeral have tried to debit and the unauthorized went off Twice R399 and standard bank funeral debited again. So this month i have to pay another R402 for bank charges excluding the R99 for the account. So for the the month off March and Apirl i am paying R860 for bank charges. This is ridiculous and its amounted to this amount only because the funeral dept didnt tell me that they cannot debt funeral policies from any other bank. Honestly i now regret come back to bank with STD. Now when you need to en-quire about this each other at customer service just apologizes and the branch team leader is too glue googling the dam internet than helping someone. You guys are very disappointing in taking care off your clients
