Bank Charges Increase

<p>I would like a proper response as to why my monthly bank charges were increased from R38 to R190. This is ridiculous. I contacted Standard Bank via facebook messenger and the consultant said we were informed by our prestige banker that it would be going up. Firstly, I was not contacted by anyone at Standard Bank to notify me of this. Secondly what is the point of having a prestige account when you don't even know who your prestige banker is, and they keep changing. I think I should move by homeloan, car loan, current account, savings account and credit card to another bank who values my business more. It's shocking to see how Standard Bank's service has dropped recently. The last 2 times I tried to call the call centre I waited more that 25mins before my call was answered. </p>
