BANK CHARGES AMOUNTS = SAME AS TRANSACTION AMOUNT = STRAIGHT ****************

Definitely not at all the case and I'm heavily sorry I ever opened this account. last month i noticed a these transactions on my statement over and above the R199.00 monthly management fee. 1) "Honouring Fee" - R145.00 2) "Overdraft Service Fee No Limit" - R69.00 3) "A fee for every single transaction done" - each one between R6-R12. Standard bank is quick to call me to make payment as this sent the account into a fat minus. So I asked this consultant whats the honoring fee for and got the following response. That when the transaction went off there wasn't enough money in the account but they processed the transaction. But when I did this transaction there were ample funds in the account to cover the transaction and the amount immediately went off my balance. Best of all is this honoring fee is 50% of the transaction amount which was done. which as far as I am concerned at the time of transaction the funds were there were immediately deducted off my balance, but now because other charges apparently went off after this amount was already deducted off my balance I must pay a honoring fee of 50% which I'm sorry not only is this taking someone for a fool but pure ****************. Secondly the charge for Overdraft service fee, I want to a proper explanation as to how and why I am been charged for an overdraft which don't even have. this account has never had an overdraft at all which i checked to see & its clear as daylight there is ZERO overdraft.

So now again I notice this account has dived from a -R50 which I was very aware of and that been for a instant payment I completed yesterday to a large sum of -R131.60, This for a Honoring fee this time 100% the amount of a transaction which was completed on the 28th, the amount of R79.25 was immediately deducted off my available balance as without a overdraft I am very aware one cannot transact for an amount bigger than whats available, so the funds were there taken off instantly. Now it shows this transaction was done on the 30th, with a transaction charge of R2.18. and A Honoring fee of R79.25 that the exact amount of the transaction which when was completed went through as the funds were there and available.

So NOT ONLY IS THIS **************** IT WILL RUN ANY NEW COMPANY INTO THE GROUND BEFORE DOES ANYTHING POSITIVE. NEVER HAS I SEEN ANYTHING SO DISGUSTING AS THIS, NOT ONLY AM I HORRIFIED AT HAVING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT OWN BEEN THE OVERDRAFT AND THEN GET ZAPPED BANK CHARGES OF 50% AND 100% FOR TRANSACTIONS WHICH WHEN THEY WERE DONE WENT THROUGH BECAUSE THE FUNDS WHERE THERE, WERE AVAILABLE, AND IMMEDIATELY WERE DEDUCTED OFF MY AVAILABLE BALANCE.

HENCE I EXPECT BOTH THESE HONORING FEES AS WELL AS OVERDRAFT CHARGE TO BE REIMBURSED, PURELY BECAUSE THESE TRANSACTIONS WOULD NOT HAVE GONE THROUGH IF THE FUNDS WERE NOT THERE AND LIKE I MENTIONED WERE DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY FROM THE AVAILABLE BALANCE.

SO STANDARD BANK WHAT WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH I HAVE NO IDEA BUT BY ****ING PEOPLE WHICH ASTRONOMICAL CHARGES LIKE THESE IS NOT ONLY LITERAL ******* IT'S DISGUSTING AND WILL ONLY LAUNCH A NEW BUSINESS IN TO THE GROUND. DEFINITELY NOT GET THEM OFF THE GROUND LIKE IS ADVERTISED.

HENCE THIS THE BEEN THE CASE, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT AN ACCOUNT FOR A NEW BUSINESS. ON THE INTERIM I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE MADE KNOWN TO ALL EVEN CONSIDERING A BIZLAUNCH ACCOUNT THAT THIS IS THE PERFECT ACCOUNT TO RUN YOU INTO THE GROUND IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE...
