Bank Charges

I transferred money into my business account. I made a payment. 3 days later an amount of R135.91 was deducted "International card fees" R135.91 Was deducted for "Honoring fees". I disputed. I received a call stating it is basically bank charges for doing a transaction??? International fees?? It is for a place in SA....Honoring fee??? Money was in the account? No wonder standard banks trust index is so low...this is a *******.....Calling standard bank is a nightmare. Tried the facebook page --A big joke
