Bank Charge

I don't think Standard Bank even deserves to be rated. I have an account with this bank, over the weekend I noticed that the was an amount of R69.00 that was debited from my account. I called the bank and I was on hold for 5 minutes without being assisted. I then filled in an online form requesting a call back and then sent an e-mail. It is now Wednesday and no one has actually bothered to call me back. I am still waiting for a call back even now 3 days later. I even provided an alternative number.
