Bank card was cloned

My name is Andiswa. My bank card was cloned by a gentleman who was dressed as a security guard at a Standard Bank ATM in Auckland Park. Worst thing is I hadn't even put my full pin in the ATM machine as I realized the \security guard"was still behind me. When I pressed cancel the card would not come out. As I was trying to call the bank to stop the card a message came through that R5000 had been withdrawn from a shell garage. After 5 days or so the bank told me after investigating they were not refunding the money because whoever had withdrawn the money must have had the card as well as the pin number with them. <br> I then asked them to send their response in writing as I needed to escalate the matter. I was told it will be sent in 72 working hours"
