Bank card
My ATM card was retained by an ATM 3 weeks, reported however a card was never ordered. Went to Maponya mall to get a replacement card and it’s been over 2 weeks and no card has been delivered nor a call to come and collect the card. I was not given a reference number or a follow up date. Disappointed in the bank as I need my card.
