Bank ATM didn’t dispense cash
Std bank ATM took money off my account yesterday (30 may 2026) but the ATM timed out and didnr give me cash. It didn’t give me the slip to show failure either. My bank told me it would reverse by midnight and I checked this morning and it hasn’t reversed. This is theft from an innocent person trying to draw money and it’s quite a large amount for me.

01 Jun 2026, 17:58Good day; since sending the info requested this morning by Std bank I’ve received no feedback, what is going on and where is my money? The banks controls are supposed to pick this up by midnight and reverse it why did the bank controls not pick this up? If I don’t have the money back within 2 days I’ll report this matter to the Ombudsman,
